"Refund is taking its sweet time"
Returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund. I’m totally calm about it, of course... just checking my account every day like that’s a normal hobby.

"Ordering process really needs improvement"
To be fair, things can go wrong sometimes, but my ordering experience was frustrating from start to finish. It felt disorganized, and I didn’t feel like the process was worth the hassle. I don’t think I’d order again unless they make some real improvements...

"Shipping took forever and felt a bit sketchy"
My order showed up late, and the tracking was basically useless the whole time. It barely updated, which made me wonder if it had even shipped when they said it did. Not the most reliable experience.

"Had to nudge them for a reply"
They did eventually answer my question, but it took a few days and I had to follow up once to get things moving. It wasn’t awful, but it did feel like they maybe could’ve been a bit quicker about it.

I ordered from rockbrossport.co.uk thinking it would be decent for the money, but it didn’t really feel that way once it arrived. The quality is fine, I guess, but nothing you’d look at and think it justifies the price. Common sense says if you’re paying more, you expect it to feel a bit better than cheaper alternatives, and this just didn’t. I’ve seen similar items for less elsewhere, so I wouldn’t bother buying again.

"Seemed fine at first, then nope"
I thought this bag was a decent little find at first. It looked okay and I figured it would do the job. Then I took it out for one wet ride and the thing ripped. Like, seriously? One ride and it’s already done. Disappointing.
